By adding Tile & Trouble to a Discord server or playing a game with it, you agree to these terms.
It’s a game. Tile & Trouble is provided free, as-is, for entertainment. We make no guarantees about uptime, that games won’t be lost, or that the dictionary is complete or correct. Disputes about whether something is a word are settled by the sniff test, not by us.
Be decent. Don’t use the bot to harass anyone. Server administrators can remove the bot at any time, and the operator may block servers or users who abuse it.
Discord’s rules apply. Your use of the bot is also subject to Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
Data. What the bot stores and why is described in the Privacy Policy.
Availability. The bot may be changed, paused, or shut down at any time without notice. If it is shut down, stored game data will be deleted.
Liability. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any loss arising from use of the bot — including, but not limited to, the loss of a game you were definitely about to win.
Changes. These terms may be updated; the date at the top will change when they are. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
